Go! is the first artist album by Italian dj and producer Giuseppe Ottaviani released by Vandit on 4 September.
He is without doubt one of the most talented and influential artists on the label’s roster.
Known for his work with live act NU NRG, Ottaviani has a unique sound refined by years of academic study of classical music.
His skills were developed by learning to play the piano from a young age but he soon moved into the world of electronic dance music.
The album starts with the rich strings of One Day, a track which typifies the Ottaviani sound.
There are collaborations with Gate 4, John O’Callaghan, and Tom Colontonio as well as the beautiful No More Alone with the haunting vocals of Stephen Pickup.
There can be little doubt this album will rank as one of the albums of 2009.
